Description:

We are seeking a brilliant UX/UI designer to work as a Product Designer helping to accelerate the build-out of our client-facing content marketing platform. You will be working closely with all the company's teams to validate, research, prototype, create the final version, and update our products and interfaces, in order to enhance customer experience, optimize business processes, and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate is passionate and hungry to grow, with 3+ experience in UX/UI, and capable of providing great output in terms of quality.

Responsibilities:

Create UX/UI features for the company's existing platform
Create prototypes that consider all the requirements and the use cases previously defined
Design sections for the company's existing website
Design promotional and marketing material based on the company’s needs
Collaborate with the company's teams to understand product requirements
Keep up-to-date and gather inspiration from the latest UX design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
Work within the existing design system and guidelines and assist with the maintenance of evolving design systems
Test the UX quality of what we are building
Work efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Degree or certification in graphic design
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Work with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent English speaking
Strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and proactivity
Be creative with the capacity for self-management and teamwork
